Use this guide to check product fit, choose an option and understand delivery before ordering dog or cat accessories from Nuzzlino.
How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Measure your pet and compare with the information for the exact product and selected size. A Medium in one product may differ from a Medium in another. For collars, check neck circumference. For harnesses and clothing, check the listed chest, neck and back measurements. For boots, use the paw measurements specified on the product page.
For carriers, compare the listed dimensions with your pet and allow room to stand, turn and lie comfortably. For beds, consider your pet's resting position. If a required measurement is not listed, contact us before ordering rather than estimating from a photograph.
Are the dimensions in inches or centimeters?
Read the unit shown beside each measurement. Some supplier measurements are in centimeters or meters. For comparison, 1 inch equals 2.54 centimeters and 1 foot equals 30.48 centimeters. Use the original product measurements when checking fit; a rounded conversion is only a guide.
What is included with my selected option?
Check the option name, its image and the details beneath the selector. Some listings offer a complete product alongside replacement covers, cardboard, filters, bowls, batteries or other accessories. Selecting an accessory does not include the main product unless explicitly stated. Food, furniture, clothing and other background props in lifestyle photographs are not included.
Why does the product image change when I choose an option?
The gallery helps show the design associated with your selected option. Some options share a photograph but differ in size or included items. Read the option details and complete any required size selection before adding the item to your bag.
What should I check for powered products?
Read the selected model's power and setup information. A USB cable does not necessarily include a wall adapter, and features such as Wi-Fi or video depend on the model. Follow the supplied instructions and contact us if the required input or included power supply is unclear.
Where does Nuzzlino deliver?
We currently ship to the United States and require a physical street address; we do not ship to PO Boxes. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or other routes requiring a specific check, contact us before ordering. See the shipping policy for details.
How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is free on orders of US$50 or more and US$6.97 below US$50. Order processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 6–12 business days in transit. Processing and transit are separate. Route, product availability and carrier conditions can affect timing; the shipping policy explains the full terms.
How do I request a return?
Email hello@nuzzlino.com within 30 days after delivery. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, items must be unused with tags and original packaging, and the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Contact us before sending a package. Refund processing takes 3–5 business days after approval; bank processing is separate.
